The Ouachita Mountains Regional Library (OMRL) is a two county system serving the citizens of Polk and Montgomery Counties located in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains. The purpose of the OMRL is to provide resources and guidance for Polk and Montgomery County Libraries under the leadership of the regional librarian.
